A small number of our product partners request we send them members’ names and/or membership numbers so they can verify you when you apply for access to their product. This allows them to unlock your discount/ deal with them.
If we do not provide this information, you will be ineligible for the member discount/ deal those product partners offer. We will only ever submit your name and/ or membership number. Our product partners will not be able to contact you until you submit your interest in their product and they will not share any of the information we provide to them with any third party.

I consent for my profile information to be displayed on the Find a Therapist search when a member of the public or another member of AHTNetwork conducts a search.

If you do not consent to releasing your information your details will not appear on the Find a Therapist search when a member of the public or other AHTMember conducts a search for your support/ connection.
